The 4-Phase Process
Every engagement follows the same four phases. The scope changes based on which services you need — the process does not.
Discovery and Audit
Before I touch anything, I understand exactly where you stand. This means looking at your current Google rankings, Google Business Profile health, ad account structure (if applicable), website technical signals, and what your top 3 competitors are doing that you are not.
Strategy and Roadmap
You get a written 90-day roadmap before anything starts. It covers the exact keywords to target, the content to create, the technical fixes required, and the campaign structure for any paid media. There are no surprises mid-engagement.
Implementation
Execution of everything in the roadmap. For Local SEO this means GBP optimisation, citation building, and local content. For Google Ads it means campaign build, ad copy, and conversion tracking. For Semantic SEO it means content architecture and entity optimisation. Everything is done to the standard I would want if it were my own business.
Optimisation and Reporting
Every month you receive a plain-language report showing rankings movement, traffic changes, lead volume, and cost per acquisition. Campaigns are adjusted based on what the data shows. I do not send reports and do nothing — every report comes with a specific list of what I am changing and why.
